I created a c api script to open a database and replace the design. Most of the database I can open using NSFDbOpen and replace the design but some of if will give me 16643 error. However I still can manage to open it normally and replace the design.

My question is why did the error occurred and how to solve the problem as I need to change about 6K database with the new template design together with all the folder design.
